Will you posting about the layered enchilada crockpot pie? I'm intrigued.
Sure can. It is so very easy ... and can be altered to suit any tastes. I am making a very basic version for tomorrow ... as it is for a church potluck. When I make it for us, I will throw in avocado, tomatoes, and other fun ingredients. I will be sure to post this recipe this week.
